"I was so impressed how Rich took care of our challenges immediately. Unfortunately other persons were involved and we initially thought another bondsman was going to assist, but then he put my son on the back burner. An hour later we we contacted and were told there was nothing they could do that night since it was 8 pm. Then he explained he couldn't take payment over the phone. He said someone would need to physically come in to their Tampa office the next day and do all the paperwork in person. Well, that was going to be difficult coming from Lakeland. I am so glad I had already spoken to Rich earlier that day. He had pulled the charges and went over everything with me immediately. He was knowledgeable and compassionate. He was able to take payment over the phone and within 2 hours had paid the bail at the Facility . We were able to retrieve my son at 8am the next morning, just 9 hours after Rich worked his magic. Had we waiting and gone with the other bondman, my son wouldn't be OUT till 8pm or 9pm that night. Rich made us feel like we friends or family and that he would take care of everything, and he did. He stayed in contact with me through the process which gave me piece of mind, like my son wasn't alone. The next morning as we were waiting for the release, I called the other bondman and explained someone else was assisting since they couldn't do anything the night before. I explained my son was about to walk out at 8 am thanks to another bondmans. I explained that he would not have to wait another 10 to 12 hours because we had gone with a better company that showed great kindness and expertise. I don't even think they cared and I guess I should have known better because when we called, no one stated the company name. When I asked, he hung up. Amazing how rude people feel they can be.
